On the Trail

The CDT hike has stretched over into another summer.

We started our hike during the summer of 2021. We made it about 2/3 of the way last summer, hiking about 2,000 miles and getting off trail at Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park. This summer Amy is picking up where we left off to continue north on the CDT with a much different set of priorities in mind. Watch the latest episodes to see how things have changed!

Gear

Since we are making a professional documentary about the hike, our gear is going to look a little different than the average thru-hiker's. Our hiking gear will be as ultra light as possible but our camera gear will seem ridiculous for most thru hikers. If you are super dedicated to shooting pictures or video you may find this interesting though!
